Comic Art Europe is a pilot project bringing together four European organisation representing different elements of the comic book ecosystem: a higher eduction institution (Escola Joso), two festivals (Lyon BD and The Lakes International Comic Art Festival) and a museum (Centre belge de la Bande Dessinée).
